I just love everything about this. Thank you for introducing me to Yeats' poem - I will think of these words often as I wander through my local parks and trails, especially as Spring arrives here in the Northern Hemisphere soon.
Dear Clare, this reflection is so moving. What if we could be able to slow down and love waiting for what the dream will be instead of being oppressed by boundaries and limits that we put on ourselves…I guess this could already be an inspiring way to “put boundaries “. Thank you. 🙏
Thank you for this beautiful reflection. I have so many stirrings upon reading it. The Burren, Yeat’s poem, and you reciting it. The incredibly fragile and sturdy landscape upon which we thread. Earth’s cloth and dreams…mine and hers. I look forward to my next walk and the forecast predicts snow for my part of the world. Wishing you and other readers equally wonderful stirrings.
